iPhone Tips

Here are some great tips for things you can do with your iPhone that you may not have known.

Hold down the 'Home' button on your iPhone and then press and release the sleep button. Your screen will go white for a second (as though a flash has gone off) and you'll hear a camera shutter sound. Voila, the photo of your screen has now been taken. Navigate to your photos and you'll see the picture. As far as we are aware you can do this at anytime so it's great if you need to prove that high score you achieved in the latest game you were playing!



Whenever you are typing something on the iPhone, whether it's an email, text or using notepad, double tap the space bar to add a period (fullstop) and a space. It's a great way to quickly start a new sentence. It's the little things that make a big difference!



You may have noticed whilst typing, that a word you wish to use appears above your letters. If the word is correct, tap the spacebar and the word will drop into place and a space added, you can then continue typing the rest of your sentence. It certainly speeds things up!

Double tap the home button and you'll instantly be taken to your 'Favorite Contacts' so you can quickly make a call. You'll need to ensure that your phone isn't in lock mode when doing this.
